Training Offered: Training as real estate salesperson and real estate broker. Length of training is 75 hours prelicense for salesperson; 25 hours postlicense for salesperson; 60 hours prelicense for broker. Instruction is individually taught and offered at anytime with a totally flexible time schedule.
Entrance Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.

Training Offered: Fashion modeling for TV, promotional films, educational and industrial training films, retail shows, and commercial print (catalog, magazines, etc.). The major modeling course includes 20 sessions which last approximately 6 months. Evening and weekend classes are offered.

Cost: $600 - $1,000.
